How did you two meet?
Short answer - We met in college Long answer - We met on Halloween
1981 when in an effort to promote my fraternity's annual "New
Year's Eve Party" held on Halloween Night a friend and I dressed
as Father Time and the New Year's Baby (me wearing diaper
and a sash) visited the Sorority Suites on campus to invite
women to our party. Joanna and a friend were nice enough to
actually nice enough to talk to us and that is how we met.
Of course they did not come to the party - that is another
story.
What do you like best about
Urban Challenge: It is both physically and mentally
challenging. It is the only "race" that we have been able
to finish in the top 5 in a long time. We are getting older
and slower.
How are you preparing for
the finals? We are running a marathon on October 13,
2002 and we are trying to have more friends standing by to
help with solving clues. I was in Las Vegas at a convention
in September and did spend an afternoon exploring potential
checkpoints
Advice for the competition?
Leave your cell phones and wireless PDA's at home. We need
all the help we can get.
